Take a few minutes to write down the ailments and complaints you currently have in three areas: physical, mental and emotional. Bring your list along; this is for your own records.
Wear comfortable clothing; leave excess jewelry and the under wire bra at home.
During the first session, you will fill out an intake form and we will discuss your priorities. You’ll want to be on time to learn about the benefits of BodyTalk and how the system works. Allow about one hour for the first visit.
The BodyTalk session itself occasionally lasts more than 60 minutes and afterwards most feel relaxed. Each body is unique and the number of sessions required to address particular issues will vary. My experience is:
- 1 session: subtle to significant
- 3 sessions: significant to amazing
- In less than 10 sessions: profound shifts
Once the links have been established an occasional, gentle “tune-up” session maintains optimum health. BodyTalk is able to address both major and minor health issues.
With BodyTalk, because there are no diagnoses or medications prescribed, positive outcomes are the rule. Learning to communicate with the body’s wisdom, practitioners intuitively “hear” the links the body asks for.
Gentle taps on the head (to awaken the mind) and on the heart (to save the message) balance the body in order to bring it to optimum health. This is how the correct links are quickly and efficiently established.
Clients notice subtle yet powerful differences. Following a session it feels as if the body is being “worn differently”. Pain is lessened, or leaves, symptoms disappear, better sleep is achieved and many clients say they are more easily able to deal with emotions and relationships.
